Ellen's Adventure

Hello! My name is Ellen Stanley and I am the owner and operator of Paisley Scoops Gelato. I grew up at Paul-Lin Dairy with my sister, Claire, doing heifer barn chores and training our 4-H calves for showing each summer. Paisley was the name of my favorite show calf of all time and is now the namesake of my gelato company! We spent two happy summers together showing before she entered the milking herd for many productive lactations. I trained to become a teacher in college and worked in Vermont and Africa as an educator before returning home to work in agriculture. I am deeply fortunate and overjoyed to have the opportunity to share the delicious milk from Paul-Lin Dairy with you in the form of delicious dessert! Please enjoy!
